These terms govern your use of the Cash For Cars Ashburton website and our vehicle-buying service.
Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you give us and current parts and scrap values. A quote is confirmed when we inspect the vehicle; if it materially differs from your description, we may revise the offer before purchase. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.
You confirm you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorised to sell it) and that it is free of finance or other encumbrances unless disclosed. We complete the change-of-ownership notification to NZTA Waka Kotahi on collection.
Free removal is included within our service area. Payment is made on collection by cash or bank transfer as agreed. Risk and ownership transfer to us on collection and payment.
